Return Policy

- Returns and exchanges are not accepted, as each piece is custom-made to order.

- We are not able to accept returned/exchanged items that are damaged.

- All the furniture have to be in their original packaging and have original label on them. 

- We do not accept returns with removed labels.

- All return and exchange shipment costs will be at the customer's expense. 

- Refunds will be given once the returned product has been received.

- Refunds are processed instantly. 

- If the PayPal payment was funded by credit card the money will go back to the card or Paysera account.
